Giverny is a 97 single home family residential neighborhood developed in Charlotte, NC. It is centrally located in the heart of Charlotte and is a sought-after neighborhood to live in.

We received recognition from the city for the enormous number of trees that we saved on the property.

Church Conversion, Toronto, ON

Adaptive reuse and addition of a historic church in a 

residential neighborhood in Toronto, ON into 43 residential condominium units. The church was converted into 29 units and the new addition with 14 units.

Settler's Place, Charlotte, NC

Settler’s Place is the adaptive reuse of the original North Carolina Medical College building erected in 1902. The original adaptive reuse in 1985 converted the building into corporate offices. In 2001, the building was converted with an addition into Settler’s Place residential condominiums ranging in size from 1,850 - 3,000+ square feet. It has garnered the reputation of one of Charlotte, NC’s finest downtown residential condominium buildings.

The adaptive reuse project of the original town hall of Mimicoin, Toronto. The mid-19th century town hall was incorporated into a retail, commercial, and office development in 1986.

South Beach Club, Hilton Head Is., SC

South Beach Club is located on the Atlantic Ocean and Calibogue Sound in Sea Pines Plantation, Hilton Head Island, SC. A 36-unit residential condominium project was built in 1983 with unites ranging from 1,900 - 3,600 square feet.
